THIS AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (“you,” “student,” or “participant”) and WILD Shamanic Mystery School (“WILD,” “we,” or “our”), a Peruvian-based entity. "Service" refers to any course, program, workshop, product, content, or experience offered through our websites, events, communities, and platforms.

By accessing our content, enrolling in our programs, or participating in any WILD service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. This is an adult educational platform, and the materials shared are for personal development, spiritual education, and intentional embodiment.

You agree that you’ve read, downloaded, and/or saved this Agreement for your records.

PART I – ENROLLMENT

PAYMENT OF COURSE FEES. You may pay for your program in full or through an approved payment plan. Payment plans are binding agreements to pay the full program amount in monthly installments. Missed payments may result in paused or revoked access to program content and may be subject to collection efforts.

REFUNDS.

Programs under $200 (such as WILD 28 and The Clarity Rite) include immediate access to digital content and are non-refundable once purchased.

Programs of $200 or more (such as the 10 Principles and coaching packages) may be refunded if requested within 72 hours of purchase, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds apply to the amount paid at the time of the request.

The Master Plant Dieta is governed by its own terms: the $600 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and refunds are available only if the Dieta is cancelled by the facilitator.

Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - All materials, teachings, and course content are the intellectual property of WILD and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any format without written permission.

CONSENT TO MEDIA USAGE - By participating in any live or recorded event, community forum, or content thread, you grant WILD the right to use your likeness, voice, or written contributions for promotional, educational, or archival purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - WILD's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

ACCESS DURATION. Programs described as including “lifetime access” remain available to you for as long as WILD Shamanic Mystery School continues to offer that program online. Course content may be updated, reorganized or moved to a new platform over time, and your access will carry over. If a program is ever retired, enrolled students will receive at least 60 days’ notice by email, so you have time to complete it and save any downloadable materials. Access may be ended if these Terms are violated, for example by sharing login details or redistributing course materials.

FORCE MAJEURE - We are not liable for delays or failures to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical issues, legal limitations, or health emergencies.

PART II – GENERAL TERMS

ASSIGNMENT - We reserve the right to assign or delegate our rights or responsibilities under this Agreement.

SEVERABILITY - If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid and enforceable.

AMENDMENTS - We may update this Agreement as needed. Changes will be posted at www.jessafrymire.com with the revised effective date.

GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Country of Peru.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION — All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Peruvian Arbitration Law (Legislative Decree No. 1071) and, where applicable, the rules of an arbitration center mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall take place in Cusco, Peru, and shall be conducted in Spanish (unless otherwise agreed). The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees, arbitration costs, and expenses, as determined by the arbitrator(s).
