You are frozen because the bridge between your heart and your action has been silenced. By history. By conditioning. By a world that told you to manage yourself rather than express yourself.
This challenge exists to rebuild that bridge.
Not through more information. Not through another framework to study. Through practice. Week by week, layer by layer, moving from the inside out... self, home, community, world.
Most of us have been managing our emotions since we were old enough to learn that it was required.
Push through. Show up. Hold it together.
What nobody taught us: an emotion only takes 90 seconds to move through the body if you let it. Most of us never let it. We interrupt the cycle. We store what we were meant to release.
And then we wonder why we keep reacting the same way... why the freeze keeps coming back...
why the knowing in our heads never quite reaches our hands.
That is what changes here. Not through talking about it.
Through completing it.
This is not a course you consume alone. It is a container you practice inside.
The week's teaching. You receive a tool and you use it in real time before the call ends. Not a concept to think about later. A practice your body begins learning now.
You bring back what you noticed through the week. The practices are reinforced. One to two actionable steps emerge for the days ahead. The group witnesses. Nothing is required of you except showing up.
Gratitudes. Insights. Wins. The week settles. You arrive at your weekend grounded instead of still spinning.
These are not dramatic transformations. They are small, real, specific shifts. That is what embodiment looks like.
Each week builds on the last. You don't skip ahead. You don't go back. You move the way integration actually moves... from the inside out.
You begin here. Inside. Before anything else.
You learn to find your zero point... the place in your body where your highest self lives, beneath the fear and the freeze. The three breath grounding practice.
The five senses desire system. The 90 second emotion... the understanding that you don't have to relive anything, you just have to complete the nervous system cycle.
By Friday you have a daily practice. Small enough to actually do. Real enough to actually work.

You expand to your home. Your altar.
The physical space that either resources you or drains you.
You learn to set up an altar that honors both the masculine and the feminine. Energy hygiene... smoke, Florida water, tobacco.
The understanding that your home is an extension of your inner world, and your inner world is an extension of your home.
You leave the week with a space that holds you differently.

You move outward into relationship.
Into the places you've been silencing yourself to belong.
Shaking to discharge what the body has been holding. Wailing to process grief through the voice. The question you bring to your community this week: how do you desire to show up in community?
Liberation doesn't happen alone. This week you practice connection without self-abandonment.

The final week moves all the way out.
What are your gifts? What is your capacity? How do you resource yourself?
You receive a clear permission slip: you are not here to save anyone. You are here to respond from a grounded place.
Voice activation. The world as possibility.
Three actionable steps that are yours to take this week... and yours alone.

Jessa Frymire is an initiated ceremonialist, somatic guide, and founder of the WILD Mystery School.
She has led over 200 ceremonies and trained for years in the Amazon under maestros and lineage keepers.
She built WILD 28 from the same tools she uses in 1:1 coaching... because she needed them herself and couldn't find a container that taught both the depth and the how.
She teaches from Peru. From the jungle. From lived experience.
The tools in this challenge are the same tools she has used to rebuild herself after every collapse.
They are simple because simple is what works when the body is overwhelmed.
They are specific because vague doesn't land.
