WILD is a 28-day, live-guided challenge for women who feel overwhelmed by the world and are ready to respond with clarity, integrity, and grounded action.

This is not a motivation challenge.

WILD exists to help you orient, so your actions come from coherence instead of urgency, fear, or burnout.

Through simple, trauma-informed practices and live relational support, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, clarify what truly matters to you, and take small, aligned actions that are sustainable over time.

The challenge moves through four interconnected realms:

Self: returning to the wisdom of the body
Home: establishing safety, integrity, and energetic hygiene
Community: exploring connection, boundaries, and belonging
Global: devotion expressed through grounded, values-aligned action

Each week builds gently on the last, creating a steady arc from inner orientation to outer response.
