I’ve been reflecting on my own journey with integrity and the subtle ways misalignment sneaks in when we’re not paying attention.
Years ago, I spoke myself into existence as the possibility of integrity.
And honestly? It kicked my ass.
Back then, I thought integrity meant rigidity. I confused aligning with my word with being self-righteous. Wow, was that misguided.
I remember clinging so tightly to my values that I tried to force a relationship to fit within the outcome I wanted. I made a mess.
What would have been true integrity was admitting the quiet ways I was lying to myself and compromising my peace under the banner of “holding my boundaries,” when what I really needed was the courage to walk away.
I didn’t yet trust myself enough to choose peace.
I didn’t yet love myself deeply enough to not need approval.
To stand in integrity, we must first illuminate the truth that’s there, transmute the energy that keeps us stuck, and reclaim our commitment to ourselves.
That is the heart of this work and the essence of Radical Integrity.
A 3-Day Elemental Immersion
Radical Integrity is a 3-day ceremonial immersion for women who are ready to come back into full alignment with their truth: body, word, and action.
Each day, we’ll work with a different element to help you illuminate, transmute, and reclaim your inner clarity.
Day 1 - Illuminate (Fire)
See clearly. Tend the flame of truth without defense or collapse.
Day 2 - Transmute (Water + Air)
Move what’s heavy. Release what no longer serves through breath, body, and ritual.
Day 3 - Reclaim (Earth + Ether)
Return home. Craft a living vow that roots your integrity into daily action.
