Yes. WILD 28, WILD 28 Live, the 10 Principles and coaching all happen online. The Dieta takes place in person at Samsara, in the Amazon Basin of Peru.
Who is WILD for?
Self-aware adults, most of them women, who have explored spirituality and want something deeper and more grounded. Many are teachers, coaches, healers and facilitators. Every program is open to men and women.
Is this therapy?
No. This is somatic practice and ceremonial tools designed to build embodied capacity and move stored energy. It is not a replacement for mental health care. If you are in crisis please seek appropriate support.
