WILD 28 and the Quetzal
I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted.
And I am angry.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve found myself unable to sleep, feeling fried by overwhelm. Between what’s happening with ICE, the flood of information coming out through the Epstein files, and the ongoing global conflicts, there have been too many places pulling at my attention and not enough internal safety or regulation to meet it all.
A former student called me recently. She lives in Minneapolis, her hometown. She’s caught between flight and freeze, unsure what the next right action is, or even what safety means right now. She doesn’t know whether to stay and stand her ground, or to leave the country altogether.
As we talked, we came to a shared realization: she already has the tools.
She already knows how to make grounded decisions from an empowered place.
She already knows her next step.
And still… knowing wasn’t enough.
Because moments like these don’t ask us to learn more.
They ask us to integrate what we already know.
This is real integration.
The world is shifting, fast and visibly. Many of us know the prophecy of the Condor and the Eagle.
The Condor carries the medicine of the South - the heart, the body, the wisdom of the earth.
The Eagle carries the knowledge of the North - the mind, perspective, information.
What fewer people talk about is the third bird.
The Quetzal.
The Quetzal is the throat. Our voice, our expression, our lived truth.
It’s said that when the heart, the mind, and the voice are unified, peace becomes accessible. Not as an idea but as a lived reality.
We’re also moving into the year of the Fire Horse. A year that calls for sovereignty, for standing in your center, for aligned action. Not reaction. And not righteousness. Action that comes from clarity.
What I learned nearly a decade ago is this: collapse comes. Empires fall. And when they do, it’s not chaos that rebuilds, it’s people, like us, who are resourced, embodied, and willing to speak.
Liberation of the voice is not about being loud.
It’s about being true.
If you feel the call to stand in your power, to orient yourself in this moment, and to act from integrity rather than fear, I want to invite you into something I’ve been quietly organizing.
What we need now is intention.
Community.
Sovereignty.
An honest relationship with our desires and our capacity.
I’ve created a four-week live container to support exactly this.
Week one, we return to the Self.
What are you the possibility of?
We establish grounding practices and simple, actionable ways to anchor yourself.
Week two, we turn toward Home.
You are an extension of your altar. Your home is an extension of you.
We work with altar practices, safety, and creating environments that allow rest and restoration.
Week three, we widen into Community.
We begin to name what is possible locally. How to show up in ways that are sustainable, honest, and connected.
Week four, we focus on the Global.
Not through overwhelm, but through small, real actions aligned with your values and your capacity.
Registration is now open.
We begin with a live orientation on February 20th.
The container includes:
Live calls Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:00–1:30 PM CST
Friday Coffee Chats, 12:00–12:45 PM CST
Replays of all sessions
A dedicated WILD 28 channel inside the online community for reflection, connection, and integration
This work is not meant to be done in isolation.
I want to do this work with you.
For those on my email list, I’ve created a small thank-you: a $10 coupon code toward registration.
The experience is intentionally priced at $97, because I want this to be accessible and grounded, not exclusive.
Coupon code: WILD28TEN
If this resonates, I’d love to have you in the circle.
See you soon,
Jessa
